If you received damaged full priced merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us for return. We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.
We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date. To return, please contact Customer Service by email cs@trg-asia.com.
1. Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
2. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3. Refunds are made tothe original form of payment,
4. If your ordercontained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.
5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened or damaged.
7. Each item can only be exchanged once.
8. We will issue aproduct exchange if you feel allergy with the products purchased in La Biosthetique Hong Kong Online Boutique if you can provide the following proves:
a. A medical report from the dermatologist must be provided.
b. The date of themedical report should be within 3-month of receipt (based on the deliveryrecord).
c. The result must be proven that the effect is caused by using the product in the medical report.
We will arrange the refund and responsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the above situations.
9. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.You will be contacted once your return is completed.
10. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to TRG Management Asia Limited, TRG Management Asia Limited will issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee and handling fee (15% of the value of products) as re-stocking fee.
11. TRG Management Asia Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.
12. All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
