If you received damaged full pricedmerchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact usfor return. We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.
We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.To return, please contact Customer Service by email email@example.com.
1. Item(s) must bereturned to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopenedand in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
2. Packages must bereturned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.

8. We will issue aproduct exchange if you feel allergy with the products purchased in LaBiosthetique Hong Kong Online Boutique if you can provide the following proves:
a. A medical report from the dermatologist must be provided.
b. The date of themedical report should be within 3-month of receipt (based on the deliveryrecord).
c. The result must beproven that the effect is caused by using the product in the medical report.
We willarrange the refund and responsible for the shipping fee of product returnaccording to the above situations.
9. Please allow 1 to 3weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.You will be contacted once your return is completed.
10. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to La Biosthetique Hong Kong Limited, La Biosthetique Hong Kong Limited will issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee and handling fee (15% of the value of products) as re-stocking fee.
11. La Biosthetique HongKong Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.
12. All claims forshortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
