The waterproof milk is ideal for people with a light brown complexion who tan easily but want to protect their skin against the negative impacts of intense sun exposure. A com– bination of state–of–the–art UV filters that are not suspected of damaging coral reefs protects the skin against sunburn and redness. A complex of sun– flower seeds, a natural antioxidant and rosemary extract combats light–induced skin aging and chronic light damage so that even deeper skin layers remain protected against damage. A tanning activator gives the skin a particularly intense and long–lasting tan that is perfectly presented thanks to the creamy, rapidly absorbed care formulation.

Ingredients:

Active ingredient complex of sunflower seeds, a natural antioxidant and rosemary extract: provides intelligent cell and DNA protection.
Dihydroxy Methylchromonyl Palmitate: activates the tanning of the skin.
A modern UVA & UVB sun protection filter system: provides high–quality UV protection without being suspected of damaging coral reefs.

Indication:

After going in the water, renew your sun protetion, even if it is a waterproof product.
The duration of protection is not extended by multiple applications.
Even sun protection products with a high SPF do not offer complete protection against UV rays.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Avoid contact with textiles as staining may occur.
Do not expose the bottle to direct sun or strong heat.

Application:

Before sun exposure, generously apply to the skin, including areas that are difficult to reach, and allow to absorb. Low application quantities considerably reduce the protective effect.
After sunbathing, we recommend using our moisturising, skin-calming after-sun products.

Modern UV filters specifically refer to filters that break down well in the environment, do not pose a risk to the sea/coral life and, of course, do not pose a risk to humans.

However, there are still many UV filters on the market that have precisely these problems.

Organic UV filters penetrate the upper layer of the skin and neutralise UV radiation there. The organic filters are also necessary to achieve a high level of UVA protection that cannot be achieved with mineral filters.

Inorganic, mineral filters such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide have the disadvantage that they whiten strongly. Although this disadvantage has been remedied with nano particles, they are still viewed critically due to their particle size. It has also been established that mineral pigments also contribute to coral damage, as the sediments are deposited on corals.
